Kate is a first-year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, Kate worked as a finance and restructuring lawyer at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills focusing on debt structuring and distressed transactions and then as a management consultant at BCG. At BCG, Kate focused on the financial services sector and worked in BCG’s dedicated PE team working on business analysis and commercial due diligence. Kate has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney in Australia.
